OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description
- Oversee all day to day activities, ensuring that services levels and workflow meet and exceed defined standards;
- Able to manage a team to meet and exceed productivity, quality, and compliance objectives;
- Be an employee advocate - removing barriers and raising awareness;
- Support the successful implementation of new or enhanced client initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement; initiates steps to implement change;
- Provide a climate in which open communication and expression is valued and encouraged.
- Ensure that staffing resources are utilized to effectively support the worklfow and arrival pattern to meet service levels and other standards.
- Ensure that company records support compliance and financial obligations, and isssues are elevated and addressed.

Requirements
- Experience in supervising a call center environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, complex and dynamic environment with progressive requirements
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention in detail
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a successful track record and supporting references.
